Rob Hartnett – Managing Director

RobHartnettRob Hartnett is the managing director of SSi Advisory. Prior to forming SSi Advisory Rob worked in senior management roles at Apple Computer and Hewlett-Packard, where he won the coveted Asia Pacific High Achiever Award. Most recently he was a senior partner at award winning advertising agency Publicis Mojo.

In 2010 Rob became the number one sales consultant for the worlds number one sales performance company MHI Global. The first time a non American has won this award. Since then he has been a six times Global Presidents Club Award Winner.

Rob is known as an inspirational, entertaining and passionate speaker on sales, marketing & motivation and has presented across Australia, Asia, North America and the UK. He is the author of three books, Fast Times Ahead, Selling Strategies from The Top & Small Business, Big Opportunity which has over 130,000 copies in print and is a sales performance expert on Channel 7′s Kochies Business Builders.

Rob is also a former world & state champion yachtsman and resides in Melbourne with his family.

Murray Grimston – Senior Consultant

MurrayGrimstonMurray is a sales consultant and facilitator who has been involved in professional sales in Australia for 30 years, working with sales professionals with multiple experience levels, from representatives with only personal selling experience to tenured managers with extensive experience. Murray recently obtained licenses to deliver Miller Heiman’s sales performance programs.

Murray’s work experience includes positions ranging from an Insurance salesman with AMP to a general manager and country manager with companies such as NEC, Telstra, Ericsson, Qualcomm, Kyocera and Motorola. Most recently Murray was the national training and performance manager for a field sales force of more than 120 people, delivering services to Telstra retail and business channels.

In this role, Murray has delivered sales training programs across Australia and Asia Pacific.

Murray also has a Post Graduate degree in management and marketing and holds current Cert. IV in Training and Assessment.

He is President of The Knox Junior Football Club in Melbourne heading a committee of volunteers that provides over 250 parents and players of around 12 different junior football teams with an excellent experience while maintaining a responsible and viable community football club.


Leisa Hartnett -Extended DISC Consultant & Facilitator

Leisa is an accredited consultant and facilitator in Extended DISC Profiling Tools. Leisa has worked with clients globally with their talent programs and also with ensuring team and work pair alignment and assisting organisations with their hiring and retention programs. Leisa holds a bachelor of education with a major in teaching.

She has also worked a professional photographer and wrote the children’s book the Quest which was published by Amazon in 2010.
